adidas Originals 2010 Spring/Summer Star Wars Skywalker

Zoals we al eerder berichtte, is er nu dan eindelijk een eerste item uit de adidas Originals Star Wars collectie verkrijgbaar. Deze exclusieve collectie bestaat uit diverse kleding, accesoires en een 10-tal sneakers welke allen de naam dragen van een van de bekende personages uit deze legendarische film. Zo zullen er in de loop van dit jaar sneakers worden uitgebracht met benamingen als Yoda, Darth Vader, Stormtrooper, (Luke) Skywalker en (Princess) Leia. De Luke Skywalker uit de collectie is nu al verkrijgbaar bij onder andere Caliroots. Elke maand zullen er weer nieuwe items uit de collectie dworden gedropt bij je lokale adidas Originals shop.

Adidas Originals dropt ter introductie van haar aankomende ‘2010 Premium Collection’ een video waarin duidelijk word dat Star Wars de nieuwe collectie siert. Het hele jaar zal het merk met exclusieve kleding, sneakers en accessoires komen welke allen te maken zullen hebben met zowel het Duitse label als Star Wars.

WOOD WOOD x Adidas Preview

Het ziet er naar uit dat het Deense fashionlabel “WOOD WOOD” een collabo aangaat met sportmerk Adidas (Classics). De geruchten gaan dat het om een sneaker gaat die door WOOD WOOD word ontworpen en Adidas gaat fabriceren. Meer foto’s of info dan een binnenzool van een sneaker is er niet. Stay tuned!

Adidas x Patta | Consortium 3WAY

Weer wat schoeisel voor de dames, mag ook wel na al die collabs voor de ‘ekte ekte’ bikkels die langer dan 10 uur in de rij staan op de dag van release. Na de succesvolle collabo met Asics van enkele weken terug, presenteert Patta vandaag vol trots, via hun blog bij Slamxhype, de nieuwe collabo met sportmerk Adidas.

So here’s what Gee and I went on a mission for in Stockholm last year, to work on the latest adidas Consortium project – alongside the fine people of limitEDitions, Alife Rivington Club and Sneakersnstuff, who were wonderful hosts as well. We rochambeau’d and (later fistfaught) all of them to be able to pick the Forums, and as you can see, we came out victorious! Just playing. Since we toyed around with the idea of working on a womens shoe for a while, we decided this was a good opportunity to do so, and picked the Forum Mid as our working canvas. This is the outcome, springtime colors and lush materials without going overboard. Little instep surprise in there too! This ties in with our fifth anniversary product releases as well. available at Patta soon, so stay tuned girls!

Adidas Shibuya Performance Center *Tokyo*

Ze schieten als paddestoelen uit de grond, die Adidas winkels. Afgelopen maanden was het al de Shinjuku Adidas Concept store in Tokyo en nu komt er nog eentje bij!

De shibuya adidas store zal de “60 Years of Soles and Stripes” verjaardag van Adidas vieren met 2 maanden lang een shitload aan limited editions en nog nooit eerder vrijgegeven samples die beschikbaar worden gesteld voor particuliere verkoop. Denk hierbij aan: schoenen maar ook kleding.
